How to pay:
Once your photo is approved we will then send you the link for payment using PayPal or Stripe.
Delivery:
Once payment is received your piece will be created and sent out to you within 7 to 10 working days. Once your order has been shipped using DPD we will send you a tracking number.
Late Delivery:
In the event that there is a delay during transit, weather related delays, we cannot be held responsible on behalf of the carrier. Custom orders remain for final sale.
Can these be put outdoors?
Yes, all our pieces are engraved to the highest standard.
Each piece comes with a hanger on the back, however, there is an option of having each corner drilled with holes for screws.
Please let us know when placing your order if you would like this option.
Rush Orders:
Rush services available for an additional fee; upon request. Please contact us with your *need by* date before placing an order.
Production time is subject to change depending on how soon the proof is approved/if we need to make changes/adjustments/additions.

Custom Artwork: Lettering, Graphics, Logos
We gladly welcome custom artwork if it meets a few specific requirements.
We'll ask to review the design first to ensure that it is a project we can take on and that it is compatible with our procedures.
Please email us with the proposed design and we'll let you know if it can be done!

Note: Any pixelation/ blurriness shown in the provided artwork will reflect onto the final product. Any thin lines may not show at all. By submitting a personal design you are agreeing to the quality as provided.
